Updates on So I met and the Trilogy...

My So… I Met series (Ghost, Alien, Demon, Vampire and Werewolf… so far) has had a well needed facelift. The covers have been updated for a while now but the books have also had a bit of a polish: there were a few spelling errors here and there and also the books have been updated. Nothing major, just a freshen up. 

So, if you have yet to meet any of the books go take a look, they are available on both Kindle and in paperback. And if you have already read them, please go to Amazon and give them a rate or a review as this will give my work lovely algorithms….and we all need lovely algorithms!

In other news, my dystopian dark fantasy trilogy will be searching for a home sometime this year.

Trilogy News

Well...this week I wrote the provisional last words for the final book in my dystopian horror fantasy trilogy! I say provisional, as now starts the editing and all that malarkey, before passing it to my brother to proof read. Looking back I think I started the first book in Spring 2016, so it has taken five years to get here. Once all the books are polished off, I will look for someone to publish it all.

After this, I think I will write a novella, as I have mentioned in my last post, something quick and light.

But now it is all about the trilogy...

Happy New Year

So... I just thought I would say hi, as it has been a while since I have updated this site. I have been busy in that time, with book 3 of my dystopian dark fantasy trilogy and it is coming along fine. I have written around 33,000 words and hope to finish the first draft by Spring. Then it will be a case of going through it and editing where it is needed, plus the proof-reading stage (cheers John). And when all the books are complete it will be a case of figuring out what to do with it all! 

I also have an idea of a novella, which I am looking forward to doing, as it will only be short compared to the trilogy. I may do the first draft of the novel before editing book 3 of the trilogy, I don't know yet. But I have the full novella finished in my head and in some note form.

Happy New Year to all those people who take time to read my books, it is appreciated. 2020 was tough year and most of us suffered personal tragedies with Covid and other nasty things.

Updates

This week I finished the first draft of book 2 of my dystopian horror trilogy, which I think took about a year to complete, so quicker than book one. Now I aim to go through book 1 again and start to think about the final book, or maybe do some other writings. As to what I do with all three books when complete, I am still not sure, we will see. This is what has been keeping me busy these last few months, along with by walking blog - see link below, plus I have written a short horror story as well.

Updates and Free Books

Hello everyone and a very belated Happy New Year. First of all, I hope you are all keeping safe during this pandemic. I find it quite strange typing those words, when I would normally type such a surreal sentence within the pages of one of my fictional books. But this is not a made-up story, it is real. People are getting seriously ill and dying and we are mostly around the world on lock down. To relieve such boredom of lock down life, I have seen other writers offering their books on Kindle for free, so I have today put the first two books of my So… I Met series for free, until Monday night.

Onto other stuff, you will see I have been a bit quiet lately, but that is not to say I have been doing nothing. I have mostly been busy with Book 2 of my dystopian trilogy about daemons and other dimensions and think book 2 will be finished in the summer, then onto book 3. As regards to release dates of the books, I don’t know anything yet. I have also been writing my hill walking blog. Links to the free books on Kindle and my blog below.
